At Epica Replicas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us on our contact form, and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send you the exchanged item(s) within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
